To ensure we spend wisely on our clients’ listings, Grace Ryan advances all marketing expenses typically paid by agents and agrees on an appropriate marketing plan for every listing.

Our commitment to professionalism is exemplified by compensation plans that incentivize agents to complete 200% of the Maryland state continuing education requirements. We believe this results in a more committed sales professional with a more significant knowledge base working to sell your home, expeditiously, at optimal value. Client review meetings are designed to amplify each agent’s individual strengths, review any specific support needed from the brokerage and agree on a plan to provide the best client experience possible. Our charitable matching program encourages agents to give back to the community they serve.

Finally, we believe in keeping things simple and straightforward. That’s why we don’t charge our agents or our clients administrative or transaction fees. In the real estate business, agents are generally compensated on an agreed upon portion of the sales price. Agents typically don’t receive a commission if a home doesn’t sell. While we enthusiastically expect every client’s listing to sell quickly, we understand that, for various reasons, sometimes a listing doesn’t get to the closing table. As a broker, we believe in sharing our agents’ expenses in the same way we share in their profits – whether a transaction closes or not. Simple, straightforward and fair.
